This policy explains what happens to personal data you send to LIGHTPRO SOFTWARE DESIGN SRL (“LightPRO”, “we”) through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form, and only because you chose to send it:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name, if you give one
• The budget range or project stage you select, if you select one
• The description of your project that you write

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party profiling on this site.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use these details for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it, and to carry on that conversation if it continues. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and — where a project follows — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Who else sees it

The contact form is delivered by a third-party form service, which processes the submission in order to pass it to our email. Our email is hosted by a mail provider. Both act as processors on our behalf and are bound to handle the data only for that purpose.

We do not disclose your data to anyone else unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, correspondence is kept for as long as the working relationship lasts and for the period afterwards required by accounting and contractual law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can also ask for it in a portable format.

Write to office@lightpro.ro and we will respond within one month. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
